If the returned product requires customization, please allow an additional 10-15 days for production.

Once you've received the return address, send the product back and provide us with a photo of the returned package and the shipping tracking code.

Packaging Requirements
All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging. If the original packaging is not available, securely pack the item in a suitable replacement box with adequate protection. The specific return address will be provided on the return label included with your purchase.
