VandoHair carefully selects every suitable raw material. The quality control department is responsible for evaluating hair quality to meet Vando's standards. VandoHair's quality standards include five key attributes: pure, pretty, perfect, premium, and plush.

Hair Types

VandoHair offers three types of hair from Virgin VN. Among these, VandoHair's Virgin hair is the preferred choice for straight hair styles. It has a smooth fiber structure, luster, and minimal clutter, making it easy to comb and style. High-quality Virgin hair is usually 50% more expensive than other types of hair. Even when re-dyed according to customer requirements, it maintains a smooth luster that ordinary hairstyles cannot achieve.

Adhesive Tape

The adhesive tape used in VandoHair products is made of exclusive glue that does not turn yellow after 2-3 rinses. It maintains transparency like the scalp until the stickiness wears off and needs replacement.

 

Basic Treatment

Hair is naturally dried in the soft morning sunshine to ensure maximum quality. However, this process also extends the time required for processing and production.

Dyeing

The dyeing process uses exclusive technology, ensuring that the beautiful color does not fade easily. Therefore, colored hair products have a longer color life.

 

Perfect Products

After selecting hair according to color, the hair undergoes a manual hair removal process performed by highly skilled craftsmen. This job requires a lot of time, patience, and dexterity. Completing a set of products takes 20-40 hours of manual labor.

All stages are carefully planned in a closed loop to optimize the quality of each completed hairstyle and ensure that the products reach customers without defects.

The production time after receiving an order is approximately 7-10 days. It then takes 3-10 days to transport the goods from Vietnam to the United States and other regions.
